We are hobbyists who dream, design, build, and fly model aircraft of all sizes and typs for fun. We also enjoy the company of fellow enthusiasts. We love aviation and flight, and we want to see participation
in our hobby grow.
About Us
The Westlake RC Club was chartered into the AMA in 1975. Our members range in age from 12 yrs to 94 yrs.
This hobby attracts people from an entire spectrum of economic, social and vocational backgrounds. Most enjoy building kits from balsa, wood or foam, but newer members want to fly right away and buy “Almost Readt to Fly” (ARF) models.
